Parkfield Bluegrass Festival has been cancelled for 2021.
Out of care and concern for the health and well being of our attendees, bands, volunteers, vendors and Parkfield residents, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 & 2021 Parkfield Bluegrass Festivals. Based on the latest guidance from public health officials and the state of emergency declared in California, it became clear that we should not hold our festival in May.
Our Festival Director, Dave Swartz, and the Varian family tried to find an alternative date in October but multiple obstacles and scheduling conflicts made that option unviable. Consequently we will not hold a festival in 2021 and will focus our attention on our 2022 festival.
All tickets purchased for the 2020 or 2021 festival will automatically transfer to the 2022 festival , dates to be announced.

Our festival has grown substantially in recent years. To avoid overcrowded in the audience and camping areas Multi-Day Tickets and Saturday Day Tickets will be limited. We suggest you purchase your tickets early.

Electrical Hookup rules
- No daisy-chaining
- Electric sites are pre-assigned spaces.
- Electric hookups are GFI protected. You are responsible for your units’ GFI compatibility.
- Early Bird Discount on Multiple day tickets ends Sunday March 8th, 2020
- $5 refund with appropriate ID at festival gate for BMSCC, Seniors (62 years and older) and Military-Active Duty.
- Only one discount per ticket.

- KIDS 18 and under FREE when accompanied by an adult ticket holder!

Please Be Aware
- Do not plug in to any facility on-site power sources
- CAMPFIRES: Sorry – No Open Fires or any open burning, including camp, charcoal and cooking fires. Propane stoves & heaters are OK. Please be very careful.
- PETS WELCOME: Pets are welcome, but not in the audience area. They must be kept on a leash, quiet & under the owners control at all times. Festival staff reserves the right to have unruly or uncontrolled pets removed from the site.
